1. Mechanical Counter

Functions & Roles: As the core metering display component of the M-50-1 flow meter, it accumulates the volume of fluid (e.g., fuel oil, chemical liquids) passing through the flow meter in real time. It records flow data via mechanical gear transmission, featuring anti-electromagnetic interference and persistent data storage. It provides an accurate numerical basis for metering statistics and trade settlement of fluid transportation.

2. Zeroing wheel

Functions & Roles: Serving as the metering reset component of the M-50-1 flow meter, rotating the handwheel can reset the displayed value of the mechanical counter to zero. It is applicable for sectional metering in scenarios such as single fluid filling and batch transportation, enabling operators to quickly count the fluid delivery volume of a single batch and improve the flexibility of metering operations.

3. Separator

Functions & Roles: As the pre-processing component of the M-50-1 flow meter, it is mainly used to separate gas and solid impurities in the fluid: on one hand, it separates and discharges air mixed in the fluid to avoid gas affecting metering accuracy; on the other hand, it filters solid particle impurities to prevent wear of precision components such as gears and impellers inside the flow meter, ensuring the long-term stable operation and maintaining metering accuracy of the flow meter.
