(referred to as "Chengli Group"), founded in 2004 and formerly known as Hubei Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., is headquartered in Suizhou City, Hubei Province—a region renowned as the birthplace of Emperor Yan Shennong, the cradle of ancient chime bells, and China's capital of specialized vehicles. With a total registered capital of RMB 500 million, Chengli Group operates as a diversified conglomerate integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and automotive financial services for complete vehicles, specialized vehicles, new energy vehicles, automotive components, and emergency equipment.

In 2023, the company established an energy management system compliant with the GB/T 23331 standard.
