Our 316 stainless steel two-piece ball valve is a manual control valve for fluid pipelines. It adopts bolted female thread ports for direct pipe fitting connection, supporting horizontal and vertical pipeline mounting. Product Introduction
Our self-developed HG-YH-QF series 316 stainless steel ball valve is a mature, versatile manual two-piece valve. Its split two-piece cast structure eases part replacement and extends service life. A 90-degree handle rotation enables fast pipeline medium switching. The straight-through channel ensures low flow resistance, while premium PTFE seals eliminate internal and external leakage. Made of molybdenum-bearing 316 stainless steel, it features excellent rust and corrosion resistance, providing durable fluid control for industrial use.

Strong anti-corrosion capacity
The 316 Stainless Steel Ball Valve contains molybdenum element. Compared with ordinary 304 steel valves, this two piece ball valve delivers outstanding resistance against acid, alkali and salt erosion, and the manual ball valve can maintain stable operation in various harsh corrosive medium environments.
Zero-leakage sealing performance
The two piece ball valve is fitted with high-precision PTFE sealing rings. The internal thread connection design of the 316 Stainless Steel Ball Valve further lowers leakage risks, and the manual ball valve can keep perfect sealing under the rated pressure of 6.9MPa without internal or external leakage.
Low flow resistance & high transmission efficiency
When fully opened, the internal channel of the 316 Stainless Steel Ball Valve presents a smooth straight-through shape. The two piece ball valve effectively reduces fluid pressure loss, and the manual ball valve greatly improves the overall conveying efficiency of supporting pipeline systems.
