Tank Top Mounted Breathing Valve For Pressure & Vacuum Relief

This aluminum alloy pressure balance breathing valve mounts on tanker tank tops and connects to vent ports. It acts as the main vent part to regulate tank internal pressure during loading, unloading and transit.

This external tanker breathing valve is installed on tank tops and linked to vent holes, acting as the main external fitting for pressure and vacuum relief.

Fuel Loss Reduction

It automatically balances the internal pressure of oil tankers. It releases redundant gas when pressure exceeds the preset value and inhales filtered clean air when negative pressure forms inside the tank. The design effectively prevents tank deformation, expansion or collapse, keeps stored fuel clean, and lowers volatile loss during transit.

This aluminum alloy breathing valve fits all oil and chemical tankers and installs smoothly on tank vent holes. It automatically adjusts positive pressure and negative pressure inside the tank: releasing excess gas to prevent tank expansion when pressure rises, and inhaling filtered air to avoid tank collapse under vacuum.
