Installation Position & Core Function of the Electronic Water Cannon
Installation Position
This series of electrically operated remote-controlled water cannon is specially developed for front mounting installation on the head of sprinkler truck, the most mainstream mounting layout for modern sanitation sprinkler. Compared with rear-mounted water cannon, front-installed electronic water cannon delivers a more intuitive operation sight for drivers when driving the sprinkler, greatly improving construction efficiency of road cleaning, greenbelt watering and emergency fire fighting.
Core Working Function
1. Direction adjustment: With a matched dedicated controller, the installed water cannon realizes 360° horizontal left-right swing and vertical up-down angle pitching; operators can manipulate the electrically operated remote-controlled water cannon via handheld wireless remote or cab joystick freely without getting off the sprinkler.
2. Dual spray mode switch: The electronic water cannon supports two mainstream water outlet types: shower spray for garden irrigation, pavement dust suppression, and lawn watering of sprinkler operation; long-distance jet spray for high-altitude cleaning, roadside fire emergency put-out, and remote road washing, covering diversified construction demands of global sprinkler end-users.

Our standard front-mounted electrically operated remote-controlled water cannon adopts an aluminum alloy main body plus a stainless steel flow channel; the core material combination enhances anti-rust and wear resistance of the electronic water cannon under long-term sprinkler liquid erosion.

Working pressure is set as 1.4MPa with a maximum 2MPa pressure resistance grade; the whole water cannon passes a strict pressure leak test to avoid pipeline burst during high-pressure sprinkler work.
Sealing part of the water cannon uses wear-resistant O-ring seals, effectively preventing water leakage of the electronic water cannon under frequent mode switching and long-time continuous sprinkler operation.
Net weight of single electrically operated remote-controlled water cannon is 17 kg, excluding matched controllers and installation accessories. The lightweight design lowers the front load of the sprinkler chassis and reduces vehicle oil consumption.
Supporting optional spare parts: Two types of exclusive controllers for the water cannon, including a 6-button handheld wireless remote controller and an in-cab mounted joystick controller, customers can choose a single remote control or dual-control configuration according to their own sprinkler refitting budget and operation habits.
The effective shooting range of standard electronic water cannon reaches 30~50 meters, satisfying the long-distance water delivery requirement of large-scale municipal sprinkler projects.
