Installation Position of Filter Tee Filter Screen
Main installation Filter Tee Filter Screen
It is normally mounted at the front of the sprinkler pump suction port, on the connecting pipeline between the tank outlet pipe and pump inlet. Located at the 90° elbow of the water absorption pipeline inside the vehicle frame under the water tank and upstream of the pump inlet valve, it serves as a mandatory pass for fluid flow. Its built-in filter screen traps silt, weeds and debris in the water, blocking hard contaminants from entering the pump chamber to prevent jamming or damage to the pump impeller.

Alternative installation positions are flexible. Besides the standard mounting spot, the filter can be installed on branch pipelines of the outlet tee at the bottom of the sprinkler tank or the joint between external suction rubber hose and original vehicle pipeline. Suitable for sewage suction trucks as well, it can be fitted on the water and oil inlet pipelines ahead of the vacuum pump. Users may select installation mode according to actual pipeline layout to meet refitting demands of various sanitation vehicles.
Mounting requiremen Filter Tee Filter Screen
During installation, ensure the T-type maintenance port faces downward and the fitting is horizontally fixed at pipeline bends. This mounting method enables easy later maintenance without removing the entire pipeline. The built-in filter screen can be taken out directly by unscrewing the maintenance port to clean silt, weeds and other impurities. It effectively cuts maintenance hours and pipeline disassembly loss, ideal for routine upkeep of water sprinkler and sewage suction trucks.
